Returns & refunds policy

At Oneone, we want to ensure that you are 100% happy with your purchase.

You are welcome to return any item for a refund or exchange providing it is in it’s original condition (unwashed, unworn, and unused), along with the original receipt within 30 days. Please do not remove swing tags.

Once we receive the product, we’ll check it to make sure it hasn’t been worn and the tags are still in place. Then we’ll process your request. Refunds will be made within 14 days of receipt. Please note that delivery costs will be excluded from the refund unless goods are returned in accordance with your statutory rights. 
Our policy offers a full refund within 30 days of your date of purchase if you are not happy with the product. We’d love to know what went wrong and how we can improve, so please include details about the reason for your refund request if you reach out to us directly.

Oneonenz.com and our payment process submit the refund immediately and make every attempt to process the refund as quickly as possible. Your financial institution can take up to 20 days for the refund to reflect in your bank account/card.
