We want to keep it as simple as possible.
- We only ship to New Zealand and Australia.
- For all orders to the North Island we have a flat rate of $8. (Expected delivery in 2-3 business days)
- For all orders to the South Island we have a flat rate of $10. (Expected delivery in 3-4 business days)
- Please allow up to 2 extra days for rural deliveries.
- In the case of damage to the goods, we need notice of any claim, giving full particulars of any alleged damage or destruction, to be received by us within 7 days after the delivery of goods.
- In the case of loss of the goods you must get in contact within 30 days of the date of despatch.
